- To transmit, or procure the sending of any “junk mail”, “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Blue Boost, a Blue Boost employee, another user, or any other person or entity
- In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. Our services and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Blue Boost, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
5.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our services, except as incidental to normal web browsing or as expressly permitted in writing by Blue Boost.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Blue Boost, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, our services.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
9.1. AI Technology: Blue Boost utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) technology, specifically Anthropic’s Claude large language model (LLM), to generate content and assist in providing our services.
9.2. Nature of AI-Generated Content: Users acknowledge and agree that AI-generated content, including but not limited to text, translations, code, and other outputs, is created through automated processes and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every purpose.
9.3. No Guarantees: Blue Boost does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI-generated content for any particular use. Users are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating any AI-generated content before relying on or using it.
9.4. Potential Biases and Errors: AI systems may contain biases or produce errors. Users should be aware of this possibility and exercise appropriate caution and judgment when using AI-generated content.

a) Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service b) Using any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means or interface not provided by us to access the Service or to extract data c) Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Service d) Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity e) Using the Service in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Service f) Collecting or storing any personally identifiable information from the Service from other users of the Service without their express permission g) Encouraging or enabling any other individual to do any of the foregoing
